MyProbate provides non-recourse cash advances to heirs and beneficiaries of probate estates. Our services include:

• •Application Processing: Evaluation and processing of advance applications
• •Customer Support: Assistance throughout the probate process

Important: MyProbate advances are NOT loans. They are non-recourse assignments of a portion of your inheritance. You have no personal liability if the estate does not close or pays less than expected.

To use our services, you must:

• •Be a legal heir or beneficiary of a probate estate
• •Have an expected inheritance of at least $10,000
• •Provide accurate and complete information in your application
• •Be a resident of the United States

MyProbate reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at our sole discretion.

By submitting an application, you:

• •Authorize MyProbate to verify your information and investigate your inheritance claim
• •Authorize MyProbate to contact your attorney, executor, or estate representative
• •Understand that submission does not guarantee approval

MyProbate will review your application and provide a decision typically within 24-48 hours. If approved, you will receive a formal offer with complete terms and conditions.

All fees and terms are disclosed upfront and in writing before you accept any advance. Key points:

• •No Monthly Payments: No payments are due until the estate settles
• •Non-Recourse: You have no personal liability for repayment
• •Simple Pricing: You receive cash now and we collect our fee plus the advance amount from your inheritance when it's distributed

You agree not to:

• •Provide false or misleading information
• •Use our services for any illegal purpose
• •Attempt to interfere with or disrupt our services
• •Access our systems through unauthorized means
• •Violate any applicable laws or regulations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyProbate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

MyProbate's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to MyProbate in fees during the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
